The Dogwoods The Dogwoods Golf Course located at Hugh White State Park is a full 18 hole course. meticulously laid out through the rolling hills. This is a must-visit destination for avid golfers. Thunder on Water...Safe Boating Thunder on Water is an annual event held at Grenada Lake. Activities include, art and crating, food vendors, fishing rodeo, a fireworks display, antique car show, carnival and various family activities. Thunder on Water is held at Grenada Lake on June 13-14-15. Admission is free. DownTown Grenada Experience fine dining at the Orleans Bistro offering tasty seafood dishes and delicious steaks. Enjoy indoor/outdoor dining. Main St Antiques Visit Main St Antiques, large showroom featuring antiques on consignment. Antique displays are offered by private owners. Be sure and Visit the Elma Orr Art Studio inside Main St Antiques. Coke Cola Museum Be sure and stop by City Hall to visit the Coke Cola memorabilia Museum. All items were donated by a private collector. Dyer-Kent Drug Store Dyer-Kent on the square has a very nice selection of unique gifts, including gift baskets and Yankee Candles. Donna's Antiques and Glassware Locate north of the Grenada Square, you'll find Donna's, glasses, vases, depression glass, a large assortment of glassware. Don't miss going through the door to the back warehouse. I'll let this remain a secret. On The Square From time to time, events are centered around the square, art's and craft's, farmer's market, Jubilee, Art on Main St. Plans are being made to have featured events occuring on a monthly basis. Stay tuned for more information. Main St Historical District Take a slow ride or walk down Main St. to visit Grenada Historic homes. Beautiful turn of the century homes.
